Refund policy

One-time numbers

• Each number stays open for 5 minutes. If no code arrives in that time, the full price goes back to your balance automatically.
• You can cancel any time before a code arrives and get the full price back immediately.
• Once a code has arrived, the number counts as used and isn't refunded, even if the app later rejects the number.

Rentals

• If we can't provide a rental number, you're refunded in full automatically.
• A rental that hasn't received any text can be refunded from its page while the refund window is open.
• Rentals that received texts, or whose refund window has passed, aren't refunded.

Deposits and balance

• Refunds go back to your balance, not to your crypto wallet.
• Underpaid crypto payments are reviewed by support and credited fairly.
